DIRECTORY OF RESEARCH CENTERS IN SRI LANKA

The following list of research centers in Sri Lanka will be especially helpful for researchers seeking out specialist library or archival collections relevant to their topics. In particular, some government documents and reports issued by non-governmental organizations can only be found in these specialist institutions. Many of these organizations also have knowledgeable staff who can offer various kinds of assistance to researchers. The larger universities that come directly under the University Grants Commission are not included — there is a separate list on this website.
