The library of the Moors Islamic Cultural Home is dedicated to studies of the Muslim world and Muslims of Sri Lanka/Ceylon. It covers Islamic culture and history, general history, travel accounts, religion, geography, sociology and law. Its collection on the Islamic World includes English translations of Arabic works on science, literature and poetry. Holdings also include works on the history of Colombo city, Ceylon Moor newspapers, and publications on Islamic literature in French.
