The Field Museum in Chicago contains a large collection of anthropological artifacts. A search for Sri Lanka yields over 500 objects, comprised of nearly 200 masks, as well as many ceramic and brass vessels, knives, wooden boxes, baskets, puppets, cooking tools, etc. 39 of these items have high-resolution photographs available. Most of them of are masks, along with several drums and lamps. There are also images of the rickshaw models that were displayed at the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893.
